The Study Of Teachers Encouragement Mechanism For Longqiao College

In a knowledge-based economy society, human resources are the most core of universities and the human capital is the most competitive. So, to make What kind of developed management systems and adopt What kind of stimulating measures can encourage teachers effectively. It is the most important issue to human resources development in universities, especially in China. After entering the 21st century, the independent institutions have rapidly developed. Now the independent institutions have already become an important component of higher education system in our country, and has a good prospects for development. But there are still many problems for independent institutions in the introduction of talents, the use and the stable. Obtaining from the motivation theory, this article discusses the management principles and specific methods to teachers who are in the independent institutions, and then it further studies how to construct the strategy in accordance with the encouragement and management mechanism to the independent institutions teachers.Based on independent institutions of the teachers encouragement mechanism, the article is divided into six parts. The first part is the theory of encouragement mechanism and the significance of college teachers' encouragement and sets forth the influencing factors on encouragement; the second part is the brief introduction of Longqiao College on the formation and development of institutions, as well as the basic situation; the third part is that after seven years of development, Longqiao College has still got some problems on encouragement mechanism. Although there is encouragement, the incentive mechanism is out of order. Based on this, the article try to analyze the reasons for failure; the fourth part is to design the system of encouragement mechanisms for Longqiao College, focused on the encouragement mechanism designed principles and steps; the fifth part is the focus of this article, to discuss what kind of encouragement mechanism should be established ,mainly from eight areas to design the specific encouragement mechanism for Longqiao College, such as encouragement of pay, training and development encouragement, honor and promotion encouragement, work encouragement, targets encouragement, examination encouragement, respect for and participation in the management of encouragement, negative encouragement .
