The Research Of Cooperative Cultivation Of Students Among Domestic Universities

In recent years, cooperative cultivation of students has expanded rapidly and obtained some achievements, however it still suffers from some problems: the cooperative cultivation remains spontaneous without any regular rule or overall norm; the old system and rules restrict the exchange of students; the relative strategic plan of development is blank and etc.The "second campus experience" program advocated by Shandong University bears a lot of traits. This program has a large number of participated universities and students, distinctive features, a variety of cooperative patterns, and a wide range of influence etc. Therefore, employing the method of documents research, case analysis and survey, this thesis analyses the program to summarize the experience of CCSDU in recent years and explore new mechanism and model of cooperative cultivation. Through these efforts, this thesis aims at providing a theoretical guidance to the development of cooperative cultivation.Firstly, combining the survey on the "second campus experience" program, this thesis assesses the positive significance of CCSDU. We believe that it increases the openness and options of education assist the sharing of respective advantages and resources among domestic universities, promote the reform of education, enrich the campus culture, play a constructive rule in the growth of talents, strengthen relationship among universities, and activate cooperation in other aspects among universities.Secondly, the thesis studies the current situation of cooperative cultivation of students. Then it points out related problems in the operational and macro level, analyzes the causes and proposes appropriate solutions.Finally, the thesis offers an analysis of the trend of cooperative cultivation of students, designs the objective and the implementing measures of cooperative cultivation. In order to ensure that successful development of CCSDU, universities should observe the principles of openness and autonomy, mutual benefit, advantage sharing, equality and sincerity, and cooperation according to law. Furthermore, universities should insist on emancipating the mind, establishing relevant organizations, executing strategic management, strengthening assessment, turning to government policy support for leadership and seeking for stable and reliable financial supports.
