Based On The New Curriculum Background Effective Teaching Mode Research

Effective teaching mode refers to under the guidance of the theory of effective teaching , in order to promote the students'knowledge and skills, process and method, feelings, attitudes and values harmonious developed, and optimize the elements of the teaching process (structure), form an overall optimization Teaching Paradigm. Its core is"for the development of the students". The purpose of this mode is teaching students to develop innovative spirit and ability , realize the process of teaching and learning overall optimization, and mobilize the maximum student learning initiative, fully reflects the dominant position of the students, and make teachers play a leading role in teaching. It is substantially improve the quality of teaching . it has played a positive role in promoting classroom teaching reform. This study is based on psychology, teaching theory and educational technology. It use literature, survey, interviews and other research methods on this subject .There are four parts in this paper.Part I: In the new curriculum context, the necessity of the construction of effective teaching mode. The traditional teaching model is teacher-centered, pay attention to imparting knowledge, neglected capacity-building and students personality development, and so on. Analysis demands on talent in the current information society, and shows the significance of building an effective mode in the new curriculum context .Part II: In the new curriculum context, it shows the theory of building an effective teaching mode. Which constructivist learning theory, human learning theory and the theory of effective teaching are many perspectives for the building of effective teaching model provides a theoretical sustain.Part III: the theory of effective teaching models. Clearly that the effective teaching model is designed to achieve the three goals which are knowledge and skills, process and method, feelings, attitudes and values, and focused on the operation of the model that is"independent of individual learning - group discussions - collective explain example - hands-on experience".Part IV: The experimental study of effective teaching models. We take the political lesson of junior high school as an example to do the experiment. After the test, we test the effect of the effective teaching mode through test and survey. The experimental results show that: in the political teaching, it has positive significance in achieving the three goals. It is one of the effective ways to raise the quality of students. But we should be clear that different disciplines have different effective teaching models, and it is impossible to establish a teaching mode which can apply to different disciplines .It shows different varieties because of the subjects and the content of teaching.
