As Chinese People's mother tongue curriculum, the Chinese Curriculum is the study foundation for not only studying native language and charater, but also studying other subjects for students. The reform and the development of Chinese Curriculum is the key links for the elementary education at all times.but simultaneously it is also withstanding the huge pressure. This article carefully examines the Chinese Curriculum reform from the cultural angle of view, it proposes the theory foundation for the Chinese Curriculum which has a cultural trend. The Chinese Curriculum is a dynamic cultural process. Since the 21st century, along with the arrival of global time, the relationship between culture and Chinese Curriculum is closer, the Chinese Curriculum's soul is infiltrating the cultural vein. This article carefully examines the relationship between Chinese Curriculum and culture from the cultural angle of view, selects Chinese teaching material and Chinese class as the breakthrough point to analyse the cultural quality of Chinese Curriculum., forecasts the cultural trend of future Chinese Curriculum under the New Curriculum backgroud. what language curriculum culture will solve us to need the question, as well as will take to our enlightenment significance. It will solve the problem that what kind of Chinese Curriculum Culture we need, and also point out the enlightenment and significance that the Chinese Curriculum Culture brings to us. This article mainly uses the analytic method, the literature law, research technique methods and some correlation methods to elaborate the relationship between the Chinese Curriculum and culture in the New Curriculum.The actual content is as followsThe first chapter: From cultural angle of view, it analyses the relationship between the Chinese Curriculum and culture. It deeply analyses the qualities which the Chinese Curriculum culture has step by step, and then make a conclusion that the Chinese Curriculum is the constructed culture, the Chinese Curriculum is the self-conscious curriculum culture; the Chinese Curriculum is the independent curriculum culture.The second chapter: It analyses the model essay system, guidance system, schoolwork syetem and knowledge system in the Chinese teaching material from the relationship between the Chinese teaching material and culture, and analyses the cultural construction in the Chinese teaching material of New Curriculum. It explains what kind of teaching material culture we need to construct. The teaching material pays more attention to the personality than knowledge. The teaching material enters into the life world from the text world. The teaching material walks into the dynamic world from stastic world.The third chapter: From the relationship between the class and culture, it analyses the traditional Chinese classroom culture and the Chinese classroom culture in the New Curriculum, and explains what kind of Chinese classroom culture we need to construct in the New Curriculum. In the new curriculum the classroom culture has diverse pattern to present the way, such as the dialog pattern, the ecotype pattern, the production pattern, the experience pattern.The fourth chapter: Based on the totally above, it analyses and prospects the cultural quality and alteration of future Chinese curriculum in the New Curriculum, and explains the enlightenment and significance that the cultural value of Chinese curriculum in the New Curriculum brings to us.
