Scientific inquiry has become a core problem in China's elementary education curriculum reform of science.However, in the implementation of the science curriculum, teaching of scientific inquiry hasn't achieved the goal of curriculum design. So, in this study, to explore the solution to the problem in teaching practice, teaching of experimental exploration on physics in high school was choosen as research subject.Based on the theory about capacity-building of experimental exploration of physics in high school, this article fully analyzed the demands by the New Curriculum about scientific research and experimental capacity of physics. Through the questionnaire among 64 high school first-line teachers in Nantong urban district and 276 senior students of grade two, in the article ,I gave the idea of the teaching methods used in demonstration of the experiments, exploring experiments by group and the experimental topic module, pointing out the confusion and difficulty in the actual teaching of experiments, and also mentioned the students' ability of experimental exploration, thus laying the foundation of practice; in the study of experimental exploration capacity-building practice , I proposed a combination of "infiltration training" in experimental demonstration + "stratified culture" in Experimental Research division + "overall culture" in extracurricular experiments , and in the implementation process, with the characteristics of expriments in the new teaching materials and essential factors of experiment exploration capabilities , I concluded the operating principles, methods, strategies at the same time reflecting the effective teaching casesI designed " the valuation form for exploring activity" with the new curriculum and evaluated the students in the experimental class and the comparison class with the help of the design and exploring ability tests,finding that inquiry ability of the students in experimental class has markedly improved, and the result also showed the validity ofteaching reform.
