The Research Of Social Security System For Immigrant Rural Workers In Cities

Rural workers in cities have made the great contribution on modernization and the industrialization development for our country. But they have suffering many unequal treatments during work and other aspects in daily life because the city and countryside division to"two different societies"and the exits of"different structures of employment", and then they becomes the urban fringe community. The shortage of social security first affect the survival and the development of rural workers, second affect the country's economic development, third affect the social stability of the country.This article first analyzes the shortage of social security situation of our country's rural work and their demand on it, second analysis the barrier factor of this situation. Then propose the necessity and the possibility of establish the rural worker social security systems. The author elaborate on establish the pattern of relatively independent system for rural worker's social security, as well as the concrete design and the project choice on it.It is an urgent and hard work to establish rural worker social security system in our country; it has the enormous practical significance and the research significance.The article contents as follow:Chapter1: Introduce background and the significance of the research, and make a brief elaboration about research of rural worker's social security on domestic and foreign. Then the author proposes the research mentality and the innovation spot on this paper.Chapter2: First introduce the characteristic of our country's rural worker, second analyze the flaws of social security system of rural work, then analyze the barrier factors of this situation.Chapter3: The author analyzes the possibility of establish rural worker social security system based on the necessary of it, and then propose the basic principle for build this system.Chapter4: Introduce and appraise three kinds of social security pattern in our country at present, including rural social security pattern, complete city social security pattern, and relatively independent social security pattern. After that the author proposes establish rural worker social security pattern based on their realistic situation.Chapter5: The author elaborate concrete design for rural worker social security system on aspects of the workers-related insurance, medical insurance and Old-age insurance, and then proposes the coordinate measures to consummate the system.
