The Action Research On The Construction Of The National Model Higher Vocational College

The descent of the quality of the higher professional education of china results from many reasons, which include the short history of our higher professional institution, the new type of opening school, being at the first step of its development, which can't satisfy the urgent need of high technical persons of knowledge economy, informational society and new industrial route, and many questions that the whole construction have.So, some higher professional institutions that have advanced idea, special characters and high education quality are needed urgently to walk in ahead to do research in practice and strengthen their basic ability so that a batch of higher professional institutions that represent the quality of the nation and can be advanced all over the world can be established, which persistently guide the high professional institutions of China to develop healthily. The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance started officially the plan of constructing the model national higher educational institutions that was called Project 211 in 2006. It aimed at improving their ability of running school, of teaching, of management, of influencing other institutions and at increasing their benefits enormously so that they can advance the close unification of the higher professional institutions and the economy and the social development as well as the innovation and development of the higher professional institutions by emphasizing on constructing 100 model national higher professional institutions. so, they can strengthen the connotation construction ,improve the quality of teaching , strengthen the ability of offering service to the economic society ,raise the whole level of the higher professional education of China. Ultimately they will become the model of the management, of the innovation , of the development. By practicing in some college, the writer knew their course of conducting the model construction, the strategy that they took and the action of perfecting themselves, at the same time the writer thought it over and gave some feedback, which may better their model construction. This paper has four chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the background, the meaning of the research, conception connotation, research method and document summary. The following chapters can base on this one.The second chapter mainly introduces the background of model national higher professional constructing in addition to the relevant questions which consist of several basic theory questions, the basic requirement, the goal and tusk , and the current state and the questions of the model higher professional institutions. The third chapter takes come medicine college as an example to analyse the state before innovation (the writer made up questionnaire for this college to find out the state before innovation and finished the report of the research), the current state before the innovation (to analyse the strategy and action course of model construction), and to think the construction course and strategy again.The fourth chapter is mainly about the thought of the construction of the national model professional institutions. it can give some feedbacks to other model professional institutions and those which are applying for the model higher professional institutions by analyzing on guiding model, resource sharing model, spreading model, thinking again model and development model.
