In the teaching and learning process, teachers and students set up an important relationship between them to communicate with each other. In junior high school, this relationship not only has influence on teaching process and effect, but also on the students' mental health. The new course reformation requires a democratic, equal and commutative relationship.Adopting case study, this paper learn the change of this relationship in the new course reformation, find the problems existing in it and table a proposal to improve this relationship through the investigation and interview on classes, students and teachers.It is showed that the actuality of this relationship in junior high school still have long distance from the requirement of new course reformation. It has not found a democratic, equal and commutative relationship between teachers and students. This paper will find the reason for this situation, and will table a proposal to build a well atmosphere in the class, found the principle of putting the students fundamental, set right study aim, adopt commutative teaching mode, concern individual distinctions and establish multi-estimate on students through teachers' effort to improve this relationship.
