Research On Rural Development Mode On The Basis Of Land-use Optimal Allocation

Land is the important and basic material for society and economy development. As the question "Three-agriculture" of China is taken and the pattern of new-country is constructed, the research on land-use in country becomes the hot spot, but it's not mature that stresses on the system of land-use in country and the question of farmers' rights and interests. The research view needs opening up and the research depth needs deepening. On the basis of researching on and profiting from the domestic and foreign theory methods of land-use optimal allocation and rural land-use, the research on rural development modes of about land-use is the subject of research. After analyzing the land-use and the rural development modes of Songxi of Fujian Province, the land-use optimal allocation of agriculture, forestry, husbandry and fishery industries in country is carried on. That provides the beneficial reference for the society and economy development in country.The theory basis of the land-use optimal allocation and the research on the rural development are discussed. On the basis of analyzing the present condition of land-use and the rural development modes of Songxi, after diagnosing the development condition of main industries in country and the ability of absorbing the labor force, the relevance between the rural land-use and the rual industry development is discussed from the space and the time, and the present existence question on the land-use and the rural development modes of Songxi is found. The maximization of social and economy benefit in the country of Songxi and the basic realization of better-off level as the goals, the optimal allocation model of the rural main industries is constructed. Then the condition of optimal allocation of agriculture, forestry, husbandry and fishery industries of Songxi is obtained. Finally, to implement the plans of optimal allocation and promote the rural development of Songxi, from ten aspects the Countermeasures and suggestions about the sustainable development of the rural land and the society and economy are discussed.
