Research On Optimal Allocation Of Basic Education Resources In L County

Basic education is the foundation of the whole national education system,A strong basic education leads to a strong education,and a strong education leads to a strong country.However,due to factors such as geographical location,economic development leve,and total population in different regions and schools,the imbalance of urban and rural basic education development has become increasingly prominent.The conditions for running schools in remote rural primary and secondary schools are relatively backward,and the construction of high-level teachers Lagging behind,the emergence of these problems has brought new challenges to local governments to strengthen education management and achieve educational equity.It has also proposed a new topic for local governments to optimize the allocation of basic education resources.The paper uses literature research method,investigation research method,data collection method and comprehensive analysis method.Taking L County as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the practical exploration,existing problems,causes and countermeasures of the optimal allocation of basic education resources in L County,and draws the following conclusions.Firstly,it summarizes the practical experience of optimal allocation of basic education resources in L county.L county actively solved the financial dilemma,adjusted and matched basic education resources from financial,material and human resources,further optimized the allocation structure of basic education resources,and further improved the equity index of basic education.Secondly,it analyzes the problems and causes of the optimal allocation of basic education resources in L County.The total amount of education financial input in county L is insufficient,and there is great pressure on the guarantee of capital,land and other factors.There are still some gaps between urban and rural schools in terms of basic conditions,guarantee level and quality of running schools.The distribution of teachers is not balanced enough,the structure of teachers is not reasonable,and the overall quality of teachers needs to be improved.The causes of these problems are various,mainly focusing on the insufficient total financial investment,unbalanced spatial distribution of educational resources,and inadequate methods of matching and optimizing teachers in county governments.Thirdly,it puts forward some Suggestions on the optimal allocation of basic education resources in L county.First,we should establish and improve the guarantee system for educational investment to ensure that the financial investment in education is sufficient,in place and effective.Second,we will optimize the spatial allocation of basic education resources in urban and rural areas and properly address the imbalance between urban and rural education development.Third,comprehensively improve the quality of teacher resources supply,constantly expand the total supply of teacher resources,and comprehensively improve the level of teachers.
