With the deepening of educational reform, the 2015 national NPC and CPPCC "proposed" the basic+ motor series "break the shortage of teachers, teacher flow and occupation career development linked to a series of policy initiatives to optimize the allocation of resources of teachers. Combined with the local reality, teachers from rural areas to urban areas, resulting in a serious imbalance in the allocation of resources in Pingyang county junior high school teachers, and then led to the Pingyang County Rural junior high school teachers resource allocation policy.This article aims at the optimization of Pingyang county junior high school teachers resource allocation policy, Pingyang County Rural junior middle school teachers to solve the problem of uneven distribution of resources, reduce the waste of teaching resources, so as to improve the utilization rate of teacher resources, improve the quality of teaching, its main significance is to provide a reference for the local rural junior high school teachers resource optimized allocation policy.The research methods used in this paper are statistical analysis, questionnaire survey, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The basic idea is:the status quo of Pingyang County Rural junior middle school teachers resource allocation policy is introduced briefly first, then through statistical investigation to understand the impact of the existing Pingyang County Rural junior middle school teachers resource allocation policy, combined with a questionnaire survey to find the existence of Pingyang County Rural Junior Middle School Teachers Resource allocation policy problems, and analyze the reasons of policy problems, and finally put forward Pingyang County Rural junior middle school teachers to optimize the resource allocation policy standards, and referring to the national education policy, suggestions for improvement are given policy.
