This study focused on discussing the situation of both undergraduates and graduates' career decision-making and tried to find out the relationship among career decision-making, general self-efficacy and vocational value , especially the influence of the latter two factors on the former one, so that we are expecting to enrich researches of college graduates' career decision-making, and provide advice for career counsel for college students' career decision-making.The Career Decision-making Questionaire developed in this study was proved to have good reliability and validity and can be used to measure both undergraduates and graduates. It includes six factors:career knowledge, career goals, career beliefs, career preparation, selection ability and self-evaluation.The result shows that the total level of career decision-making is at or above the average level. Students with different demographic characteristics have difference in career decision-making and its demension. General self-efficacy has a signifant positive correlation with career decision-making and vocational value . There is some correlation between career decision-making and vacational value which is not out-standing .However, there is positive correlation between development factor and career decision-making. Regression analysis shows that general self-efficacy and vocational value greatly forecasts career decision-making.
