With the development of our market economy and the deep process of educational reformation, conflict and management become into very important state in education framework and behavior .And it's come to be a vital factor which influence the performance of institution organization. But it is short in the research of conflict in teaching process of engineering course. As a result ,It's become a key job for the education theory and teaching staff to make a systematic study about the conflict and its management in teaching course ,and offer theory guidance for the practice of conflict management in teaching course. According to the relation of conflict and the aim of organization ,conflict falls into two parts ,one is realistic conflict and unrealistic conflict. The conflict in teaching course belongs to the former one. Reasonable resolution of realistic conflict is good for improving the teaching quality. Form the point of the advantage and disadvantage of conflict ,conflict include constructive conflict and destroy conflict. Constructive conflict can be always found in teaching process and so is the destroy conflict. So we should distinguish the two category of conflict and transform destroy conflict into constructive conflict in order to make conflict of teaching course a better use. The management of teaching conflict should be build on the base of teaching theory and the phenomenon exist in teaching course, and should infuse modern times gene. We not only recognize people's rational strength but also take irrational factor into consideration, embodiment of the care for people. At the same time, we should held the contingency view ,fully consider every dynamic and complex factors ,and to find the most success scheme .The text can be divided into three parts .The first part is based on educational psychology ,organize behavior science etc. anatomy the individual need, motivation, formal organization and informal organization of both teacher and students in teaching course which acts as two main parts. The aim is to explain the reasonable kernel of conflict through comparison. The second part expatiate conflict theory ,discuss the type of conflict and how to sense the conflict ,the judgement and solution of conflict. Analysis the exist problems of teaching procures through conflict theory. The third part is based on the educational management and teaching theory, to build a learning class on the cognize production of conflict management in teaching course. systematically discuss the meaning, the role of teacher and students ,teaching management ideology and teaching tech in learning class which is very important.This thesis's aim is trying to breakthrough the ole model in teaching course. It infiltrates teaching idea diversification into the process of teaching ideology transformation in order to reduce the conflict in teaching course , improve teaching quality and upgrade students'absorbing rate and value. This thesis use interrelated teaching model ,education idea and teaching tech as reference bravely .It offers strategic suppose for promoting the teaching method of engineering course institution.
