Vocational education curriculum reform is an important part and inevitable requirement of the education reform. Higher vocational education is an independent type of education. After 1990s, with the development of economic, China attached great importance to the development of higher vocational education and promotes reform and development of higher vocational education.Higher vocational education is a part of higher education, belongs to a vocational education at higher level. It has great differences with general higher education and basic education. Curriculum is a method to realize target and also the key to determine the quality of higher vocational education. Curriculum reform is the core problem and also the most complex system engineering of education reform, among which the school-based curriculum development is the important component. School-based curriculum development must be combined with actual situation of China's vocational education. On the premise of concrete implementing national and local curriculum, through scientific evaluation of students'requirement in this college, fully utilizing curriculum resources in local community and college, cooperating with external strength, the college should adopt selecting, adapting and newly-revised teaching materials, and method of designing learning activities, also should carry on curriculum development activities of implementing and building internal evaluation system. Thus, for the following problems of whether school-based curriculum development can reform the curriculum better according to the college's actual situation and regional economic development, whether can quickly adapt to market and economy development and change, whether can achieve unique feature and promote the college's development, and whether can build students'competitive advantage, the effectiveness of school-based curriculum development for higher vocational school becomes more and more important.The problem of school-based curriculum development for higher vocation schools is difficult to China's teaching research in higher vocation schools. It is still need to research and discuss. The research mixed use various research methods including literature research method, investigation method and statistical method, and use statistical, inductive as basic analytical methods. It is about an effectiveness questionnaire on school-based curriculum development for higher vocation schools. It is emphasis on discussing the following problems: basic theories on school-based curriculum of higher vocational school, current situation investigation of course setting in school-based curriculum development for higher vocational school and effectiveness investigation, effective analysis of school-based curriculum development for higher vocational school, and development strategy of school-based curriculum development for higher vocational college This paper is divided into six parts:First Words: Introduce the research background, research significance, research contents ,research methods and flow of school-based curriculum development of higher vocational collegePart One: Explore and analyze the theoretical basis of school-based curriculum development of higher vocational college through the research of relevant literature, summarize the theoretical basis of school-based curriculum development of higher vocational school on connotation, concept, significance and characteristics. Study on the relationship of school-based curriculum, national curriculum and local curriculum, the relationship of school-based curriculum, and active class, and elective course, relationship among school-based curriculum, activity class and elective course, particularity of higher vocational courses, characteristics of school-based curriculumPart Two: About project design of current situation of course setting in school-based curriculum development for higher vocational school and effectiveness investigation. Statement: survey purpose, investigation object and way, investigation method, compiling thinking and structure of questionnaire, questionnaire sending and questionnaire recycling.Part Three: Investigation into effectiveness and research of school-based curriculum development in Lang fang Polytechnic Institute and other four higher vocational schools. Through method of investigation and research, analyze on teachers'satisfaction, leaders'attention-degree and students'degrees of approval of school-based curriculum. The purpose is to summarize the advantages and problems of school-based curriculum development for higher vocational collegePart Four: Borrow experience of school-based curriculum development in Lang fang Polytechnic Institute and other four higher vocational schools, give thoughts to strengthen teachers'building, building colleges'organizational supervision and emphasize students' requirements on school-based curriculum development in higher vocational schools, proposed the rationalization proposal.Part Conclusion: The research indicated:â… For develop school-based curriculum development system which suit for higher vocational school, higher vocational school must establish development strategy of school-based curriculum, integrate and construct teaching staff, adjust and restructure organization, and omnibearing analysis and hackle students'demands.â…¡For develop school-based curriculum of ability-orientation and human-oriented, higher vocational school need to cultivate teaching staff which suit for school-based curriculum development, greatly improve teachers'knowledge accomplishment on curriculum consciousness and curriculum ability, smooth implement teaching mode put emphasis on practice and innovation.â…¢To ensure effectiveness of school-based curriculum development, higher vocational school need to construct school-based curriculum development system, and continuous improve and perfect establish teaching circumstance, enrich education resource, strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises and perfect the mechanism of evaluation.â…£To construct school-based curriculum development theoretical system, higher vocational school must to solve the problem of overall planning, curriculum expert guidance, and evaluating and monitoring system which can strongly promote the forming of characteristics and quality of school-based curriculum.â…¤The key of school-based curriculum development ties in colleges'investment and support, and other support and help, including support from government agencies in policy and technical, human resources support from curriculum reform departments and scientific research institutions, and curriculum resources support from communities and businesses.As a new thing, there are still many theories and practice problems of school-based curriculum development need to go behind and discuss and need more people to continue study and discuss.
