Since teaching came into being, educators have been pursuing effective teaching, doing a lot in exploring effective teaching. But it doesn't have a long history as a distinct teaching idea and teaching practice. Only by receiving class teaching can students achieve great progress and development. Effective teaching should promote students'potential in development. If you want to define effective teaching, not only should you find out that teaching is useful to students, but also there should be effective teachers. As for teachers, effective class teaching is both a teaching idea and a strategy or technology. It's also a way that teachers adopt to solve series of problems in order to achieve their teaching goals. Guided by advanced education idea and values, based on the mastering of useful ways of teaching in practice, effective teaching is a choice and creativity of teaching methods that appears in achieving these goals.The research on the behavior of effective teachers is an important part of effective teaching. The passage puts emphasis on the middle school Chinese teachers'effective teaching strategy of behavior in Chinese reading course, talking about it from effective strategy of preparation, application and evaluation in Chinese teaching. The contents are as follows: employ Chinese teaching materials usefully, diagnose and analyze students'needs, design teaching project, effectively decide teaching goals, the useful lead-in of teaching goals in Chinese reading course class, the useful adoption of teaching methods, the research into the effective strategy of asking questions, the useful evaluation in class and after class. This passage will focus on the concepts of effective teaching, the definition of effective teaching in Chinese and the significance of teaching behavior, researching into some related teaching strategy in Chinese reading course in the middle school by using some teaching cases.
