Einstein's words contain rich philosophy"Interest is the best teacher the famous physicist Zhen Ning Yang also said: "The real secret of success is interest."However, motivation is the fundamental and the real driving force to do one thing well, and interest is only part of motivation. Humanistic Psychologist believes that only students are circled in the center to learn spontaneously and to get good learning effects.Motivation is considered as the core issue of school education by many people. Many early forefathers as the philosopher Socrates once illustrated his own ideas on the motivation issue. Modern psychology and pedagogy has done a lot of research work on this issue, and has accumulated a large amount of research literature. However, in spite of this, the question that disturbs many teachers and parents remains: "The kids do not want to learn, and what can I do?" The current situation shows the complexity of the motivation, and reveals the gap between theoretical study and practical applications.To inspire students'learning interest is to shift from the requirements of curriculum for students'academic knowledge to the desire of knowledge for students. In physics teaching process, according to the students'characteristics of lively thinking, emotional rich and the strong thirst for knowledge, teachers make good use of appropriate teaching methods, and fully activate the students'initiative and positive thinking, to enhance the effectiveness of physics teaching.This thesis bases on the motivation theories, by interviewing some middle school physics teachers, surveying the current situation of the physical learning motivation, and to explore the relationship between physical learning motivation and physics teaching, which creates a model of cultivating and stimulating motivation, and discussing How to cultivate and inspire students'learning motivation in physics, trying to find a better mode of instruction, teaching methods by activating students'the physical learning motivation, and effectively improve the quality of teaching, to provide theory and practice basis for realizing the overall objection of physics courses.This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background of the study, the main content, methods and significance. Chapter II is the theoretical basis of this study, including study of the definition and classification of motivation, and the theoretical origin and learning motivation ; Chapter III analyses the survey of students physical learning motivation by questionnaire of why students need to learn physics, so as to stimulate strategy based on the provided facts ;chapter IV bases on the first three parts of the study, according to the learning motivation theory and practical teaching, we inspire students'physical motivation and strategy.
