| The employee vocational training for rural SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) can help employees to gain practical "double-base" knowledge, improve and update the knowledge and skills, stimulate the inherent potential of employees, increase the efficiency of enterprises continuously and promote the sustainable development of the SMEs. Therefore, the paper takes partial rural SMEs in Hunan Province for samples and tries to study the related issues, with the aim of drawing countermeasures to resolve their problems in the vocational training.Seeing from the training situation in rural SMEs: The employers' awareness of the importance of training is clear, but the actual implementation and organization of the training always betrays their original intention, given birth a Situation of "low efficiency, low training". On the one hand, rural SMEs fear of the investment risk in training that "the more training, the higher the job-hopping rate" problem is hard to overcome. On the other hand, that the rural SMEs is often on its own small scale, shortage of funds, lack of government's specific training safeguard mechanism, invests insufficient funds in training. Thus leads to training ineffective and staff unwilling to training for the supply of training base scarce, content and the method simple, outdated as well as the weak teacher strength.Seeing from the employee vocational training situation in rural SMEs: The quality of the staff is varied, although the employee of the rural SMEs holding high enthusiasm to suitable vocational training, but is not willing to accept "the low skill" training at the enterprise inner. The choice of employees' training content should be keeping up with the trend of social development, improve their comprehensive professional capacity; the choice of location is emphasized on outside enterprises; the choice of time focused on flexible hours and the training way should accommodate to the adult characteristics combined with concentration and self-study method. Ascribed to the employee's low income, the higher cost of the training, misunderstanding of the training market and rural adverse environmental influences have become the obstacle to realization the effective training.As the analysis of the employee vocational training reality in the rural SMEs can I draw out initial ideas to resolve the existing problems: First of all, government departments ought to guide rural SMEs on employee vocational training, then the rural SMEs have to undertake the responsibility to create better training conditions, finally, to co-ordinate the strength of all aspects to solve the problems. |
