A Research On Appreciation Education In The Secondary Politics Teaching

It is required in the reform of basic education curriculum that teachers in the teaching process must not only attach importance to the students' basic knowledge and basic skills, but also the development of the students' learning emotions and attitudes.Appreciation Education , basing on the premise of respecting the students' personalities,is one kind of modern educational concept which makes the students get a better understanding of themselves and develop their potentialities and eventually achieve their self-development. Appreciation Education is essentially a concept of education and educational method. It can also be used in the fields of the stucents' ideological and moral education. It is a good moral education method.This study proceeds from the purpose of strenthening and improving the secondary ideological and political classroom teaching,and in the context of the new curriculum, initiates the thinking and summaries of the the theoretical basis, content, features, principles, errors, reasons for political analysis and the implementation of measures on Appreciation Education , trying to elaborate it systematically from the levels of the theory and pratice and provide new inspiration and ideas to the reform of political teaching.This paper ,on one hand,has a very important theoretical significance in enriching the theoretical research in educational methodology in Appreciation Education, on the other hand, can combine the characteristics of physical and mental development of students and constantly enhance and strengthen the students motivation to learn, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students by appreciating and encouraging the students multifacetedly, multi-levelly, multi-anglely in the teaching process , so that the students love and enjoy learning, thereby effectively train the comprehensive ability of the students, enhance the effectiveness of political teaching.This paper adopts methods of literature, summing-up methods on the basis of practical experience and research in Appreciation Education, interpretation methods in the research on the theoretical basis of Appreciaotion Education and the theory and practice of combining methods using Appreciation Education in the context of new curriculum reform...
