Since the 21 st century,China's education has shown a high-speed development trend.Traditional education and modern education converge in the new century.The wave of educational reform sweeps across the country,from national policy to school platform.There are many restrictive factors in the educational reform,among which the human problem is the most important.The uneven quality and weak succession of the educational practitioners have caused the difficult situation of the educational reform.Therefore,only when the teaching staff is continuously strengthened can the reform be carried out smoothly.The author focuses on the professional development of new teachers in ideological and political courses.Under the background of curriculum reform,the educational circles and even the whole society are paying close attention to the professional development of teachers.At the same time,new teachers of Ideological and political courses have also gained new opportunities and platforms.Under the background of basic education reform,major normal universities have offered teaching research courses such as "teaching design and case analysis","classroom teaching skills wheel" and "subject course teaching theory".New teachers are unable to teach the students well and have unclear orientation.In view of this situation,the author adheres to the new curriculum concept to study the professional development of new teachers in Ideological and political courses,through consulting relevant literature,analyses and the content and direction of professional development of new teachers in ideological and political courses,and at the same time,analyses the current development status,problems and causes of professional development of new teachers in ideological and political courses,and finally puts forward to improve the professional development of new teachers in Ideological and political courses.
