The employment of farmers' children is another outstanding problem facing in our country currently, the fundamental way to broaden the employment channels is to enter the field of non-agricultural employment. From the investigation we can conclude that the main obstacles of the children to non-agricultural employment farmers is lacking the appropriate non-agricultural vocational education and training, not only the lack of participating in modern non-agricultural occupations needed for socio-cultural, social skills, but also the lack of participating in modern non-farm working vocational required knowledge and skills, thus promoting the employment of children of fanners is an effective way to carry out the vocational education and training, and the labor market also can through an appropriate intermediary services to insure they could work smoothly. Therefore, this article from the development of vocational education, and actively explore solutions to farmers in order to enhance the employability of children's basic approach and the way ,it is effective to alleviate the current "three rural" problems brought about by the economic, social contradictions of a train of thought. The Concrete structure is as follows:This article is based on survey data and research of the central and western regions of China's farmers for the employment situation of children, it is founding that the objective conditions and their own obstacles are the main factor to hinder the children of farmers employment , the lack of basic skills become the fundamental factor in their unemployment; and then from the main part in employment, vocational education and the development of farmers related to the employment of children as well as the development of vocational education, the promotion of farmers children The importance of employment in areas such as analysis of vocational education of children of farmers to do the job the impact of in-depth study, concludes with the development of vocational education;Thirdly,we discussed vocational education promoting the ability of farmer's children employment;Finally, we lay out some suggestion on the development of vocational education to enhance the employability of farmers' children .
