The process of China's vocational education development is a process of exproring vocational education magaging schools model."The Ordered Working and Learning Alternation"is a new managing school model being operated in Zhuzhou Vocational Secondary School, which enriches the vocational education content of "the cooperation between the school and the company","the combination of study and work";"the study & work sequence".This article sets an example of the word "Working and Learning Alternation",then makes a study of the problems appearing in the process of managing it.This article also makes a research of the recruiting, teaching and disciplining students—the basic process of the vocational education management to avoid the setbacks when practising it and develop better at a steady state. What's more, the article stresses the creativity of the management model and valuement model and then good approaches of solving the problems between the school's teaching content and the practical need of the company is put forward. Secondly, it analyses and concludes the new situation happening in the daily students discipline under the model of the Working and Learning Alternation and then puts forward the handling strategy. Meanwhile, it reflects the new model of Working and Learning Alternation and emphasizes the risks and guards of it from a theoretical view.In the end, this article sets forth the function of the government, vocational schools and companies during the long process of building the educational system of combination of work and study for the benefits of the cooperation between vocational schools and the company.
