Under such big situation and the big background, the vocational education has received all levels of the government’s support and encourage, the higher vocational education is also officially entering people’s line of sight and obtains the vigorous development, a large number of colleges and universities rise at this historic moment. The higher vocational education is to develop some synthesizing capacity needed by the specific occupation, and its goal is to serve the enterprises’ and institutions’ production and the management’s first line to develop the applying talents. The higher vocational education is the high level of the vocational education, causing the vocational education’s function to transform from receiving the pedagogue of providing skill training solely to pay equal attention to the skill training and the school certificate education. The functional expansion causes the higher vocational education’s developing space to be broader. However, because it starts lately and develops swiftly and violently, the quite partial higher professional colleges and universities exist many problems in teaching and the management. First, the educational and teaching facility could not satisfy the higher vocational education’s need. Next, the teaching lacks characteristics and the specialty cannot meet the market’s demands. The students’employment rate is low. Not only that more than70%college students come from the countryside; the family’s economic income is low; there are many brothers and sisters going to school, causing many countryside families to have difficulty paying for the high school expenses, In the high vocational college nearly40%countryside students is unable to bear the school expenses. As the families’economic income is low, many students feel inferior, introverted, and are not good at communicating with other people, which causes the employment difficulty to be serious. Therefore, how to cultivate countryside students is the question that faces our vocational colleges. This article takes Mingda polytechnic college as the object of study, and the author inspects the personnel training condition of Mingda polytechnic college and the current problems of vocational college’s personnel training pattern, proposing "Working-schooling alternation pattern" model, pointing out "the technology and the study take turns" implementation way and coordinated sets of measures.Taking Mingda Polytechnic College as the subject, by means of survey, the paper discloses that,in the mode of talents cultivating of Mingda Polytechnic College and the current higher vocational colleges,there exist quiet a few problems, including:the high ratio of the poor students from rural area, the repetition of the planning of the major courses, the usage of outdated teaching methods, the inappropriateness of the major courses, the insufficiency of the teachers who are quite good at both at theory interpreting and practice operating, the students’ low comprehensive quality, the low quality of the students’ field practice and the poor quality of the employment,etc. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes "Working-studying Alternation" mode to cultivate the poor students from rural areas, namely the enterprise and school formulate the talent training plan. Learning in school and working in enterprise are alternative, so learning and practice are tied closely, thus there is no gap between students raining and job requirements. This code will not only support students with money to pay tuition, but also make the students obtain practical experience ability directly. In order to implement this teaching pattern, we have to take practice--teaching as the main task, taking employment direction as the guidance, taking occupation quality and professional skills as the key, adjusting the scheme of training and management scheme, reforming curriculum system, teaching contents and teacher evaluation system, establishing internship base and tutor mechanism.
