Working and learning alternation training model complys with the law of vocational education, is a main way of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges in the new period, has been adopted by many vocational colleges. The purpose that the higher colleges educate the higher vocational students is that they can become qualitified professionals in their future career life, and the process that the higher vocational students are educated also is a career preparation course that the higher vocational students become qualitified professionals. So, the research of the career preparation education of higher vocational students in working and learning alternation training model, is particularly important to help students become useful. This topic combine working and learning alternation training model with areer preparation education, having a certain degree of innovation.The research methods used in this article are literature method, interview method,questionnaire method. This paper through literature method to collect literature and policy documents related to higher vocational colleges about working and learning alternation and the career preparation education, combined with interview method to study the design contents before implementation, the specific operation in the process implementation of the career preparation education of working and learning alternation mode about case professional students. on the basis, this issuse combined with questionnaire method to study the problems and its reasons caused by the design contents and the specific operation. At last, put forward targeted suggestions.This paper mainly divided into the following seven chapters to study the career preparation education of working and learning alternation mode about students in higher vocational colleges.Chapter one is the introduction, mainly studies the research background, research significance, research review, core concepts, research objectives, research contents,research methods, innovation and deficiency.The second, third and fourth chapters mainly studies the present situation of the career preparation education of working and learning alternation mode about case professional students. Chapter two mainly study the working and learning alternation training model,using by case professional students for career preparation education.This mode is working and learning alternation mode of every school year three semesters.Chapter three mainly study the design contents of the career preparation education of working and learning alternation mode about case professional students,are the purpose of education, training objectives, curriculum setting, curriculum implementation, academic evaluation aspects of the design contents. Chapter four mainly study the specific operation of the career preparation education of working and learning alternation mode about case professional students, that is, in the school study and enterprise practice.Chapter five is on the basis of the present research, mainly study the problems of the career preparation education of working and learning alternation mode about case professional students, and discusses the causes of the problems. Through research, we analysis the existing problems are vocational education identity weakening, professional ethics education understanding does not reach the designated position, the correlation between professional knowledge and working requirements is not high, vocational ability education is not perfect. The reasons of the problems are school education philosophy, the level of school funding restrictions, teachers’ levels, information feedback mechanism is not perfect.On the basis of the problems and reasons, chapter six present the way from school management, curriculum system, curriculum implementation and evaluation of studies to raising awareness, change educational philosophy, improving the course system,strengthening the teaching staff, improving the construction of academic evaluation system.Chapter seven is the conclusion, through the study of the subject, we finally concluded that higher vocational students in the career preparation education focus on professional knowledge and professional ability education, ignoring the professional identity and professional ethics education, higher vocational colleges must take it seriously.
