Professional identification is very important for everyone who is working, especially for teacher.Because of the specificity of teaching,teacher's professional identification is much more important than others.Our government attaches much more importance to the secondary vocational education.Under this special circumstance, teacher in the secondary vocational schools takes up much more teaching tasks,which decides the development and the future of the secondary vocational schools.Therefore, it has much more worth to do a study on teacher's professional identification.The research selects 282 teachers in eight general secondary vocational schools in Zhengzhou as the research objects,makes a study of the situation of their vocational identification and analyzes the difference of their vocational identification in the angle of their sex,years of teaching,educational background,subject,wage level,etc.The research adopts the methods of literature analyzing,questionnaire,individual interviews, statistical analyzing and so on.Through the combing and analyzing,the research jumps to the following conclusions.First,it is partially low of the whole level of teacher's professional identification of the secondary vocational school in Zhengzhou.Second, the level of female teacher's professional identification is higher than the level of male teacher's.Third,due to the difference of the year of teaching,the educational background,wage level,etc.,it shows great difference of teacher's professional identification.According to the conclusion,the research suggests improving the level of teacher's professional identification of the secondary vocational schools from three aspects,educational institutions,school leaders and teacher themselves.The research aims at getting the picture of the current condition of teacher's professional identification of the secondary vocational schools and catching people to the attention of teacher's professional identification.The research can make up for gaps in the related research and provide some useful resources to the theory of professional identification.It can also give some practical suggestions of teacher managements of the secondary vocational schools and guide teachers in secondary vocational schools to check their view on their profession and find their value.
