Teachers' culture is constituted with the values and behavior patterns of teacher's community which formed and developed in the common education environment and activities. With the influence to teachers' values and behavior,teachers' culture not only acts on the effects of teaching,but also has a bearing on the development of schools,teachers and students,even the process of reform.In our country,quality education is deepening and the reform of the basic curriculum is carrying out successfully.All of these promote the change of teachers' values,roles orientation,behaviors and the way of the communication,and then shake the adaptive teachers' culture gradually.Therefore the formation of new teachers' cultural has become an inevitable trend of the times.This paper mainly uses literature analysis and interview survey method.With analyzing the theories of teachers' culture and summing up the practice of schools and teachers,the author put forward the construction and the strategies of creative teachers' culture.The paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the instruction.It introduces the purpose and the value of the study,the research technique,and analyses the researches domestic and international.The second part is the definitions of the related concept.Owing to interpreting culture and teachers' culture,the author defined and described adaptive teachers' culture,creative teachers' culture,as well as the school culture.The third part is about the analysis and reflection on the present situation of adaptive teachers' culture.Adaptive teachers' culture treats teachers as social tools;teachers are the dominants of activities;teachers should be dedicated to education and be the ladders of people; the teaching activities are repeated;and teachers are independent of each other.In adaptive teachers' culture,there are some "reasonable existences",such as individual culture and teachers' authority.But the age brings new requirements:cooperation,openness,creativity and democracy.The fourth part is the theoretical construction of the creative teachers' culture.Based on the theories of constructivism and teacher professional development,the content of the creative teachers' culture is constructed from teachers' values,roles orientation,ethics and behaviors.Values:the common development of teachers and students;roles orientation: learners,researchers and guides;ethics:being dedicated and loving students;behaviors:the combination of teaching,learning and research.And the form of the creative teachers' culture is collaboration.The fifth part is the actualizing strategies of the creative teachers' culture.With the analysis and reflection on the present situation of adaptive teachers' culture,and the theoretical construction of the creative teachers' culture,it discusses the actualizing strategies of the creative teachers' culture from the individual and schools.Teachers should establish a belief in education,promote reflections of teaching,do more research and creations,and cooperate with each other.The schools should create humanistic atmosphere,strengthen constructions of teachers' ethics,construct the inspiriting mechanism,carry out school-based training,implement dividing evaluations,and initiate natural cooperation.The sixth part is the conclusion.It reviews the main contents,the inadequate of research and the efforts direction in the future.
