| With the advancement of education reform and new curriculum reform,the popularization of compulsory education in China,the school is more and more paying an attention to the development of teachers,especially teachers’ own quality and cultural accomplishment.Attached to the growth of teacher culture and the development of school culture development,therefore,teachers’ culture is becoming more and more attention by all of us.In this paper,based on the viewpoint of education and culture,to explore and teachers’ culture main body of literature on the case study of a primary school in Harbin,to show the reality of teachers’ culture,the reality and the comparison of teacher culture,analysis the influencing factors of teachers’ culture,put forward the strategies of the construction of teacher culture,more rich and colorful,total is divided into nine parts:The first part is the introduction,first put forward in this paper,we study the purpose and research significance,theory meaning and practice meaning);Followed by the research of this paper,detailed analysis on the situation of foreign and domestic status quality of teachers’ culture,finally puts forward the research contents and research methods of this article.The second part is to explore the nature of teachers’ culture,through literature review summarized the expert and the connotation of teachers’ culture of culture.And then summarizes the characteristics of teachers’ culture and teachers’ culture aspects such as the composition and the function of the teachers’ culture.The third part is the case school teacher culture reality condition,firstly introduces the basic situation of the case school;The following describes the case,the characteristics of teacher culture status of school.The fourth part is the study of the teacher culture should be under the natural state.This part respectively on the teacher’s behavior culture ought to be,teachers system culture ought to be and ought to be described and analysis of the concept of culture.The fifth part is the reality of teacher culture research,respectively to the teachers behavior culture,system culture and teachers’ views of reality are described and analyzed.The sixth part is through to the teachers’ culture and reality difference contrast exists between the proposed problem and analyzes the causes.The seventh part is respectively from the aspects of management leadership,teachers themselves,schools and students system which analyzes the factors affecting the formation of teacher culture.The eighth part,the construction of teacher culture strategy,the teacher culture ought to be and reality condition of research,and analysis of existing problems and influence factor between after respectively for teachers behavior culture,system culture and the construction of the teacher’s idea culture put forward the corresponding strategy.The last part is the conclusion of this article,summarizes the shortcomings in the research on case school teachers’ culture and reflect on the research of room for improvement,imagining the future developing direction of the teachers’ culture. |
