The basic educational curriculum reform has implemented in our country since2001. However, impacted by the inherent education system, the traditional teaching idea, the entrance examination system and other factors, it has impeded the smooth implementation of the high school music curriculum reform seriously. As a middle school music teacher, it is most important to reflect objectively and rationally on the responsibility of the educational teaching process and have a clear understanding of his teaching position; Besides,his should play a role of teaching organizers effectively and understand the teaching idea of new curriculum to ensure the effectiveness of the teaching content.Therefore, secondary school music teachers should converse teachers’ role actively and initiatively in accordance with requirements of the new curriculum reform to finish the work of good teaching.Combined with the specific requirements of the new standard of high school music curriculum reform,this paper further understand the present situation of the domestic and foreign high school music teacher role transformation and find their the problems existing in the transformation process from the perspective of high school music teacher role transformation. It carefully analyses the various factors influencing high school music teacher role transformation by questionnaire and interview, such as inherent in the education system, the traditional teaching concept, single teacher evaluation mechanism, teachers of low social status, less income and so on.Combined with high school music teaching practice, this paper finally puts forward several effective measures. To reform of education system, to change the middle school music teachers’ teaching ideas, to reform of the education teaching evaluation mechanism, to standardize the middle school music teacher training\"charging\" mechanism and so on,which can improve the status of middle school music teacher further and give it guidance effectively. Thus, it can promote the middle school music curriculum reform scientific and effectively.
