The effect of the Chinese teacher in the process of the new curriculum innovation is turning into the focus of researchers' attention and pursuit. When carrying the new curriculum into execution, Chinese teacher ought to become the dialogist and promoter of the students, and also, the constructor and explorer of the new curriculum and eventually become a life-long learner, pursuer and collaborator. Because of these, in my opinion, we should detect and study the new diversification of the Chinese teachers' role from the teachers' personal practice knowledge, the students-teacher corresponding interaction and the influence of the cultural environment in school, etc. Finally, accelerate the transformation of Chinese teachers' role efficiently.The whole thesis is divided into four portions.The first portion mainly makes a discussion about the backgrounds and reasons on the topic "Chinese teachers' role needs orient renewedly".The second part mainly discusses how to orient Chinese teachers' role renewedly. In my opinion, the new role of the Chinese teacher in the new curriculum should regard the relationship between the teachers' teaching and the students' studying as the core. From this point of view, the new roles of the Chinese teacher in the new curriculum mainly show as such— dialogist and promoter of the students, constructor and explorer of the new curriculum, life-long learner, pursuer and collaborator among teachers.The third portion mainly probes the factors, which affect orientation of Chinese teacher's role.
