The Current Discover And Research Of The Professional Teachers In Qingdao Vocational School

The vocational education is one of the very important parts in Chinese education system. The key to the educational quality is just the teachers. So building up the teachers trip is the base and the assurance of developing the vocational education quickly. In the essay, taking Qingdao as an example, I analyzed researched the current situation of nowaday teachers trip and researched how to strengthen the teachers trip.There are four parts in my essay.The reface part includes three parts: putting forward the problem, document reference the aim, the significance and the research ways.The first part is the current situation of the teachers in Qingdao. It includes the misunderstanding of the double-qualified teacher and the current situation of nowadays'teachers. I analyzed the problems existed in the professional teachers depending on the data of the the professional teachers in Qingdao..The second part is to introduce the training ways in the foreign countries. The main content is the source of the vocational teachers in the foreign countries, qualifications and the structural characteristics in vocational school abroad. It can supply us the good experience for our research of the vocational education.The third part is the building ways of the double-qualified teachers. It includes of the professional teachers'vocational abilities and qualities and the double-qualified teachers'building measure. According to the problems and shortages of the professional teachers in vocational school, I put forwards my idea and my measure in order to promote the professional teachers'developing.
