| Era of knowledge economy, multimedia and network technology has been rapidly developed. Information technology and education are increasingly closely integrated. Virtual reality technologyn network classroonu blogsã€microblogging to become a new means of teacher education. What is impact on teaching effectiveness by the new technologies? I involved in multimedia teaching effectiveness and research activities following Professor Pingzhan Yang in Hunan Province in2009. I found that there were many problems in multimedia teaching. There are some problems in hardware problemsã€management problems and system defects, but the teacher’s ability have become an important factor in restricting the teaching effectiveness. In the process of reflection on the multimedia teaching effectiveness, the paper selects the training system of university teacher’s educational technology skills as the object of study.The second chapter focuses on current situation of university teacher’s educational technology skills trainingã€existing problems and Solution. Through questionnaires and SPSS statistical analysis, this paper analyzes contentã€model and teacher participation of educational technology training and discusses the main problems。The main problems are training time being short, the alienation of the training objectives; paying great importance to multimedia teaching and ignoring the instructional design; training model being single and being short of follow-up support. Being guided by constructivist theory, learning environment theory, learning community theory and experiential learning circle theory, author tries to build a learner-centered self-learning system. This system contacts closely with trainee’s teaching task and provides environment and resources for their learning. And also this system trys to establish a training field.The third chapter focuses on design and development of educational technology skills training system. The training system’s structure determines its function. It consists of theoretical learnings practice guidanceã€research activities〠teaching resources and platform for discussion. Each module also contains a number of teaching units. Trainee can complete their training activities by arranging of the training content and time. The end of chapter describes the related technology of development.Without going through the test of practice, we can’t know the value of training system. By organizing training activities in Hunan First Normal university, and collecting instructional designã€multimedia courseware of training students, the author compares changes of educational technology capabilities of the trainees. And the author solicits trainee’s feedback on the training system. To sum up, this paper analysis the effect of training system. Finally, the author reflects on the shortage of research work and points out the direction for further research. |
