The aim of the higher vocational education is to cultivate highly skilled talent for the first line of vocational training positions or jobs, including the production, management, service and management .The action-oriented evaluation of the quality of teaching is reflected in the quality of teaching for teachers and their own evaluation on the capacity. And it should be based on occupational status professional capacity requirements. However, at present, there exists non-coordination between the evaluation index system that higher vocational colleges adopt for action-oriented evaluation of teaching quality and occupational competency requirements. Evaluation for the quality of teaching is mainly a reflection of the general issue of conventional teaching. it is less refinement and targeted evaluation system in accordance with the special requirements of related specialty. There is no strict quantitative requirements as for the integration of "teaching, learning, doing", with little difference between general education.This paper reviews the domestic and international research on teaching the history of the evaluation criteria and mainly analyzes current situation on the teaching evaluation criteria in China since 1990s. It analyzes the teaching evaluation standard structure, the characteristics of the content and use of methods and technology, etc, through data analysis, on-line inquiries, site visits of all types of schools , with the special analysis of requirements that higher vocational education makes to the teaching action-oriented work in the aspect of developing highly skilled teachers . And it builds the teaching evaluation index system and mathematical model of quantitative evaluation as for the action-oriented teachers.In this paper, it builds the action-oriented indicators of the quality of teaching evaluation system in the way of principal component analysis, brainstorming in higher vocational colleges and determines the weights of all indicators with the level of analysis and the orders of experts, etc like sort of statistical analysis. Meanwhile, it builds a mathematical model of quantitative evaluation.For the purpose of improving the objective, validity and effectiveness of teaching quality about teacher action-oriented evaluation. This paper takes full account of the requirement that specificity of the occupational status makes to vocational teachers work. And it creatively puts the evaluation of the enterprise shows to the teachers in the place of evaluation system of teaching quality, full of innovation, continuity, development and so on. |
