The contemporary era, to cultivate an innovative spirit and practical ability to putforward new requirements for personnel,and traditional political theory teachingmodel deficiencies and limitations,so that it can not afford brand.new educationalmission.The innovation of political theory teaching is imperative.Effect needs the main body of a book to start off from strengthening political andtheoretical subject teaching, research method such as adopt document law,comparison method and case method, the society background and political andtheoretical subject educating a pattern to transform with good duty have beenconfronted with the starting point that Carefully analysis the concept and traceabilityof action-oriented, and draw a special discussion for the teaching characteristics underthe guidance of the philosophy and how to use the philosophy in the political theoryteaching. And on the basis, from three aspects of teaching methods, teachingresearches and teaching contents to discourse the action-oriented philosophy of highervocational colleges political theory teaching reform significance. From improving theteaching quality and developing teaching skill to discuss the effectiveness of highervocational colleges political theory teaching, and having a more comprehensiveunderstanding of the significance the philosophy to higher colleges political theoryteaching.The action-oriented philosophy applied to higher vocational colleges politicaltheory teaching from the collection of teaching information, the establishment ofteaching goal, the decision of teaching content and the design of teaching processto set up reasonable teaching plan, from fully grasp and flexible use of the projectteaching method, case teaching method, playing method and situational teachingmethod, from the assessment method and the evaluation principles for teaching effectevaluation, Only through these measures, can be good use of action-orientedphilosophy in the higher vocational colleges political theory teaching.The application of the action-oriented in the higher vocational colleges politicaltheory teaching is inseparable from the security of the teachers, students and school.Teachers should be shifting teaching concept, enhancing teaching ability; studentsshould be learning to overcome inertia, being active; school should be perfectingteaching management, providing teaching conditions and other aspects for the gooduse of action-oriented in the higher vocational colleges political theory teaching.
