The 21st century are the informational centuries, the multimedia teaching have become a modern educational important symbol. At present, the condition permission school already started to use multimedia generally. The multimedia technologies may synthesize the performance writing, the graph, the image, the audio frequency, the video frequency and the animation and so on. its introduction has poured into the new vigor for the ideological and moral teaching activity.The paper mainly includes four aspects:First, I analyzed the multimedia technologies to utilize in the teaching elementary theory, in which elaborated specifically multimedia and multimedia technical concept, from the pedagogy, the philosophy, the psychology, the dissemination study four angles analyzed the multimedia technologies to apply in the teaching theory basis.Second, elaborated the multimedia technical involvement ideological and moral teaching necessity and the feasibility. From the necessary angle analysis, the multimedia technologies apply in the ideological and moral teaching are respond the time challenge the need, is educates the reform the urgent need, is this discipline characteristic inevitably choice, also is pedagogue's common aspiration; From the feasible angle analysis, the multimedia technologies apply in the ideological and moral teaching physical conditions have had, the present knowledge system also allows the multimedia technologies to apply in the ideological and moral teaching, the multimedia technologies apply in the ideological and moral teaching conform to the middle-school student psychology development characteristic and the human cognition characteristic.Third, the multimedia technologies in the ideological and moral teaching the application strategy research, in which first part are the teaching source material choice strategies, based on the scientific principle, according to qualification the principle, the extended principle and the artistic principle launches; The second part is about the teaching design strategy, from"the article"to"the chart", form"calmly"to"moves", from"the zero"to"entire", from"difficultly"to"easy", from"painstakingly"to"happy", from"empty"to"solid"six big aspects launches; The third part is about the teaching case and the teaching actual effect analysis, practices two teaching case analysis through the author which designs to utilize the multimedia effects.
