College counselors are the backbone to carry out the ideological and political education for college students, the organizers, perpetrators and mentors of college students' ideological political education and day-to-day management, as well as the guider for college students' healthy growth. Due to the deficiencies of college counselors, it is difficult to undertake such an arduous task, often fall into a tedious daily business, unable to extricate themselves, inefficiency, lack of a sense of accomplishment, resulting in burnout. Therefore, enhancing the construction of counselors group become an important way to strengthen management and education of college students.The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the building The Construction of Counselors Group, published a series of documents, required the education departments of all levels to train well. Counselor training the currently study and implementation are still at the beginning stage, the training effect is not satisfactory, in general, inadequate training system, the type, principle, content, method, evaluation and incentives of training can not meet the requirements of professional development of counselors, so it is very necessary to build a college counselors specialized training model.In this paper,those advanced educational technology and means of educational technology were applied to the college counselor training system design.Based on the enough training requirement analysis,created a new training pattern, "based on blended learning school-based college counselor training model",that is composed of five steps, autonomous learning by the network platform, expert lectures, case seminars, educational practice and introspection, summary and introspection.And carried out the training in Suzhou University. Taking the counselors of Suzhou University as the research object,designed Suzhou University counselor psychology-health-education ability training system. And Completed 54 class hours face-to-face teaching, 72 hours self-study, for a total of 126 class hours of training, carried out learning procedure evaluation and training performance evaluation. Through the questionnaire data analysis and the individual,group depth interviews,we think that the training improved the psychology-health-education ability of Suzhou University counselor to a greater degree,increased of mental health education knowledge and skills,enhanced case writing skills and the sense of self-identity,improved the capacity of mental health education scientific research and awareness. Finally,proposed this research deficiency and the next diligently direction.
