Physical Training To Senior School The Third Year Students' Subjective Well-being Influence Research

Through the present domestic research on the relationship of physical training and subjective well-being of the senior school students,we have obtained the conclusion that the medium quantity exercise has most remarkable influence on the subjective well-being of the senior school students,and the senior school students who participate in the physical training on their own initiative have comparatively high subjective well-being.However these researches aim at the senior school students,those researches aiming at the senior school the third year students haven't appeared yet.For the high school the third year student,if medium amount of physical exercise training for senior school the third year students a sense of subjective well-being of the same significant impact on? If the subjective well-being of the senior school the third year students who participate in the physical training on their own initiative is better than the unconsciously students? Will the suitable exercise promote the subjective well-being of the high school the third year students who participate in the physical training not on their own initiative? With these questions,on the base of the carefully reading and analyzing the domestic and foreign correlation documentary,this article carries on the inquisition to the questions which above proposed,through the methods of Documentary Research Techniques,Questionnaire Survey Procedure,Cut-and-Try Method,Mathematical Method of Average,Logical Analytic Method,etc.Firstly,through the random sampling method selecting the research objects among the third year students of Hebei Normal University Attached Senior School,comparing "Senior school Student Subjective Well-being Meter" compiled by Chen Zuosong,this research carries on the survey to the subjective well-being level of the third year students in the Hebei Normal University Attached Senior School.The life events are the factors to influence subjective well-being.The calamity occurrence,the academic record changes as well as the household income condition all possibly affect the high school the third year students' subjective well-being level.Therefore,in order to accurately promulgate the relations between the physical training and the high school the third year students' subjective well-being,in the Meter increased:(1) Whether you are satisfied to your family income condition;(2) Whether your family had big accidents(for example:parents divorced,or family member died);(3)Whether your academic record is stable;etc.Considering of control the most possibility among the life event factors which affect the senior school the third year students' subjective well-being,thus the samples which occurred in the above factors are all rejected.Secondly,"Bodily Exercise Rank Meter" formulated by the Japanese psychology scholar Kimio Hashimoto and revised by Wuhan Sports Institute Movement Psychology Department Liang Deqing,is used to survey on the selected students about the exercise quantity. According to the exercise ranks,all the levels are divided into three:the big quantity exercise group,the medium quantity exercise group and the small quantity exercise group. Coordinating the survey result from "High school Student Subjective Well-being Meter", through the variance analyzing of the subjective well-being level which is carried on to three groups,the result demonstration medium quantity exercise has most remarkable influence on the senior school the third year students' subjective well-being,which in particular is most obvious in the emotion dimension.Thirdly,by increasing the item of "the participation on their own initiative or not" in the "Senior school Student Subjective Well-being Meter",the selected students are divide into On Own Initiative Exercise Group and Not On Own Initiative Exercise Group.Independent sample T-tests are carried on these two groups of students' subjective well-being survey results.The result shows two groups in the subjective well-being level exist differences,and the most remarkable differences are in the emotion dimension(P<0.01).The average value of the subjective well-being of those students who participate in the physical training on their own initiative is higher than of those who do not on their own initiative.Finally,based on the forgoing two parts' investigation and study result,taking the medium quantity exercise physical training as the intervention method and selecting the students who do not participate in the physical training on their own initiative,we can inspect emotion dimension influence effect on the medium quantity exercise to the senior school the third year students' subjective well-being.The result shows that experimental group's subjective well-being emotion dimension levels is promoted,the experimental group's subjective well-being emotion dimension level is obvious better than the compared group's.Through the above analysis from the results,we have following conclusions:(1) Medium quantity physical training has most remarkable influence on the high school the third year students' subjective well-being.(2) Senior school the third year students who participate extracurricular physical training on their own initiative have stronger subjective well-being.(3) Medium quantity physical training may promote the subjective well-being emotion dimension level of the high school the third year students who do not on their own initiative to participate in the physical training.(4) Comparing the female student,the medium quantity physical training has more obvious promotion to the high school the third year male students' subjective well-being emotion dimension level.(5) Medium quantity physical training has even more remarkable influence on the high school the third year students' subjective well-being emotion dimension along with the exercise duration extension.
