The university is the base which raises and transports talented persons;and the quality of teaching is the lifeline.Along with education appraisal function highlighting day after day,the teacher teaching appraisal has became the essential measure which guarantees teacher investing his energy into the teaching,improving teaching and promoting the teacher specializing growth. The university teacher teaching appraisal already widely developed through the different forms in various universities;but because of the short history,of which our country University teacher teaching evaluation study and practices is not long,causing teaching appraisal system in the idea,the target,the implementation and the mechanism aspects has the certain extent flaw in its significance,explaining that the present appraisal practice has not displayed its functions completely,also has not played the proper promoter action in the teacher teaching practice.The education's final goal is for student's development.Along with our country's new round educational reform,curriculum reform unceasingly thorough.The people take the teacher knowledge in the teaching process function seriously more and more.The teacher knowledge affects teacher's teaching process of behavior performance,similarly affects student's study effect.In view of present teacher teaching appraisal existed many malpractices,it will apply the teacher knowledge's research into the teaching appraisal system;without doubt,that will be the measure and the countermeasure we should adopt,which can promote teacher own career development and enhance the quality of teaching.This article first which is based on the foundation of the domestic and foreign teaching appraisal developments,has carried on the elaboration to the concepts,types and so on correlation theory bases,also with the related theories,the classification and so on of the teacher knowledge.Subsequently,it has carried on the analysis to our country university's present teacher teaching appraisal system's malpractice of undergraduate course,and in the foundation of the above,it also has discussed the university to establish the teaching appraisal system's necessity and the feasibility which is based on the university teaching appraisals of the teacher knowledge.In the domestic and foreign undergraduate course teaching appraisal system comparison research's foundation,profits from the former successful experience,under the teaching appraisal system's construction principle,the utilization expansibility appraisal idea,applies the teacher knowledge in the teaching appraisal.According to the discovered to the teacher knowledge's research,that the teacher and the knowledge are not only affecting the teaching implementation,moreover is affecting student's study.Taking the influencing factor of the teacher knowledge to the concrete teaching as the base target which is based on the teaching appraisal of teacher knowledge,to enriching and restructuring the appraise content of our country's university teacher teaching appraisal system.Finally,through the appraisal principle,main body,content target and so on aspects,rethinks the pattern to the university that is based on the appraises of teacher knowledge,ponders the construction to carrying on the new teacher appraisal,unifies Our country university teacher undergraduate course teaching appraisal the present situation,puts forward the related proposals for our country university effective construction expansibility teacher teaching appraisal pattern.
