The Characteristic Of Occupation Career Planning Of College Students

To measure the characteristic of occupation career planning of modern college students,476 college students who are put into using a questionnaire which were self-compiled of the college students occupation career planning in 4 universities were administrated , The result was analyzed with SPSS11.5. and finds out the difference of college student career planning in grade, gender ,area , special field, to carry out effective guide on the college student occupation career.College students'career planning included 6 major factors, respectively occupation career plans cognition , personal occupation of behaviour particularity cognition , occupation characteristic cognition , occupation target orientation , occupation mentality preparation , school life degree of satisfaction.The development that college students'career occupation planning had an unbalance. The freshmen in occupation target cognition and occupation mentality were lower than other three grades,but the others showed no significant difference ; freshmen and the sophomore overtopped the junior in the field of school degree of satisfaction, but the others showed no significant difference. There were significant difference between the urban and the rural in every aspects of College students occupation career planning . In the field of occupation target cognition humanities and are more cognitive than science department,but there were no significant difference between the humanities and medical science; in occupation target orientation medical science was more accurate than science department; in school life degree of satisfaction medical science was higher than science department, difference was notable between science department and medical science; in total points medical science was higher than science department. Female college students was over higher than male college students in school life degree of satisfaction.
