Universities are the main base of knowledge in innovating and spreading,and the important cradle of cultivating innovation spirit and high-level talent.However,whether universities can take up such a great historical mission,to a large extent,depend on the overall level of human capital of college teachers.The development of higher education has also confirmed that scientific and rational development of university teachers' human capital can improve quantity and quality of college teachers.It is the fundamental policy of improving the core competitiveness and ability of cultivating talents.The author mainly uses literature analysis and case study to analyze problems of teachers' human capital in universities.It provides suggestions and solutions to the development of human capital problems for China's college teachers.The main line of this study is human capital of university teachers. First of all a brief introduction of the significance of research studies and make a simple overview,and then analysis of the current human capital of China's college teachers and college teachers in our country the existence of human capital development of the three main questions.Hunan S University is studied as an example,I hope the experience of S University can give teachers' human capital development some inspiration.Chapter V of this article at the introduction of human capital development of our country's colleges and universities of three new models,and finally talked about China's human capital development of university teachers of the five strategies.There two aspects are rarely mentioned in present study by scholars of our country.First,teachers at colleges and universities on human capital development strategy,the teachers of colleges and universities to health care,improve the health of our country the level of college teachers.The second is a human capital development of university teachers of the new model,including the development of models of vertical and horizontal development model and the individual teacher development model,which is innovative in this study place.This is also provides right direction for university teachers' human capital development.
