With development of our economy and further reformation, especially our rapid growth process of industrialization and citifying,and requirement of market for labor resources,a huge number of floating population pouring into city(most of them are farmer that come to find a job),and even its scale is still expanding,Coupled with the serious financial crisis,a large number of migrant workers return home,give the city a huge employment pressure.In this circumstances,the education problem of floating population's children become serious day by day.It needs special attention and support that give by the government and society.Although the central government gradually has introduced from the stage of the compulsory education students in city and borrowed-studying fees policies,as well as the protection of children of migrant workers and students enjoy the same treatment,which,to some extent,has solved the difficult problem of their children to school on migrant workers,but with having emerged from the other new issues,the majority of children of migrant workers still do not enjoy the really fair education and the high-quality education.Want a comprehensive solution in the compulsory education of children of migrant workers is a step-by-step process,these issues can not possibly be solved fundamentally,but also necessary in the process of urbanization in a gradual manner.So does not mean the introduction of the policy issues, from the legalization of policy options toachieve policy objectives have a long distance,there is still a very complicated process.This paper studies the children of migrant workers in cities compulsory education issues,explicitly discusses the various reasons for the problems of the compulsory education of migrant workers through referring to and consulting the central government and local governments' relevant policy research findings,and investigations on my own.Take Chang De City dissertation to investigate the site as an example to study the context of a new policy of compulsory education of children of migrant workers the status.Chang De Teachers of Primary survey of Chang De City and interviews of migrant workers,from government, schools,families and depth analysis of the individual level to the children of migrant workers who are still under the question of compulsory education,as well as the reasons,and on this basis to solve the issue of migrant workers the education of their children's response and recommendations.
