Children education in rural areas is the education program conducted in rurual areas in China aimed at the education of children. The rural children education in Qianxi county referred to in this thesis is solely directed at the education for children from three to six conducted by education institutes in underdeveloped towns and villages in Qianxi county. As an agriculture-dominated country, up to eighty percent of the country's population lives in rural areas. Consequently, children education in rural areas constitutes an important part for our country's education cause. However, until recently, children education in rural areas, such as Qianxi County in western region, remains the weakest segment. This situation has attracted wild attention from society and many scholars has carried out researched in this areas, but few of them has paid attention to the children education in rural areas. This thesis mainly focuses on the children education in poor areas in Qianxi County, aimed at giving a clear and comprehensive insight into the present situation and characteristics of the children education development in poor areas. Count measures and suggestions will be made after find out the existing problems and their reason in rural children education in Qianxi County on the reforming and developing of rural children education in Qianxi County.This thesis, based on the combination of the methods of interview, observation and document analysis, carries out a practical investment and research on aspects (goal, content, institution, means and staff) of children education in Qianxi county of Guizhou province from an unique perspectives. These problems found in the research are mainly manifested as the following: certainty of education goal, failure of following the guidance on early children education regulated by national education committee; lack of vividness, interest and difference in children education; unreasonable distribution of early children educational institutes and management; low attendance; lack of faculty and quality, and failure of differentiating from primary school education and so on. A series of suggestion is advanced for the problems and reason such as: raising awareness, strengthening leader power and management; reforming and improving financial resources to improvement education condition; enhance faculty quality in various ways, fully use of rural resources to facilitate the all-around development of children and establishing rich and colorful education models and so on. The count measures and suggestions made above are specific and practical, consequently contributing to the reform and development of rural children education in Qianxi County.
