Application Research Of Organizational Structure Theory On Group Calisthenics

Group calisthenics is the close combination of the arts and sport, which can not only reflectthe state comprehensive political, economic and cultural strength, but also make majorcontributions to peace and other progressive causes for all of mankind.With the development ofsociety and the improvement of standard living, the demand for group calisthenics is gettinggreater and greater. Initially group calisthenics only appears on the Olympic Games and anumber of athletic contests, but now we can see it on all kinds of the company celebrations,Spring Festival Party and rejoicing days; the social practice of group calisthenics have developedrapidly, however, the theories of group calisthenics are still far from mature. There is less studyon the organizational structures theory of group calisthenics. Now the organizational structurestheory has gained wide application in the enterprises and schools as well as athletic events, andhas yielded noteworthy results. Applying the organizational structures theory to groupcalisthenics is of great theoretical and practical importance.Based on the organizational structures theory from the internal organizational structurestheory of group calisthenics, this study uses the methods of literature, interviews to experts,questionnaires, and quantitative statistics. These methods provide clearly outline and forresearching successfully. Meanwhile, this paper learns from other discipline，s achievement to dosystematically research on the elements of group calisthenics organizational structure. Theresults involve that:1.The organizational structure of group calisthenics is composed of the target groupcalisthenics, the group calisthenics collaboration, the group calisthenics institutions, groupcalisthenics relations, and the group calisthenics information, meanwhile group calisthenicsinstitutions includes the mastermind, group director, office, coaching staff and support group;2. Factors affecting the set of group calisthenics organization structure have nine elementsof the space, equipment, size of group calisthenics and so on; that funding sources of groupcalisthenics are government funding, social contributions, corporate sponsorships, and schools.3. The group calisthenics professionals mean group calisthenics each organization personnel,this study analyzed the abilities and qualities. This paper suggests using the extendingorganizational structure that provides a new and better development for the group calisthenicsideas and suggestions.
