With the deepening of the reform of physical education, the schools have been making constant efforts in curriculum construction, the State Ministry of Education, time and social development to adapt to new needs, and timely introduction of a secondary school physical education curriculum reform, the new standards. In order to adapt to the requirements of the quality of the education reform, the Ministry of Education in December 2000 at the promulgation of a whole-day primary schools, junior high and the general high school "sports and health curriculum," the promulgation of the outline makes the guidance of physical education there has been a fundamental idea changes, changes in the guiding ideology of the aim point to allow the teaching, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation of a series of relevant factors such as the corresponding changes in the teaching content on increasing its autonomy and selectivity; Sport at the examination and evaluation method on more flexible. The introduction of new curriculum standards in line with the requirements of the development time for the healthy growth of students is of great significance. Sports Track and Field Teaching is an important part of teaching, and distance running in track and field teaching as an important subject, but also Sports School, one of an important aspect of teaching. However, the PE teaching in schools has been a difficult. Therefore, part of Wuhan city school to conduct a sample survey, to some middle school teachers and students conducted a questionnaire survey of applied science and mathematical statistics for the elements of the investigation objectively and effectively analyzed and summarized in order to know the new PE curriculum standards distance classes in the implementation of the status quo. From outside the main objective factors and teacher factors analysis of two studies to find out the impact of PE curriculum reform the root, and an objective analysis and research, and propose solutions, to inherit and carry forward the successful experience of the curriculum reform keep up the new curriculum standards to correct problems arising in the course and the lack of standards in the new curriculum under the guidance of the medium to long run the project and give full play to its own function, the new concept of curriculum standards throughout. So as to further improve the quality of teaching and make it down the scientific, reasonable and in the right direction.
