We must have quality of faculty members of Teachers which should eligibility in quality and quantity to implement the Compulsory Education and receipt an excellent effect. This question puzzled of Compulsory Education and Educators.'Xiongxianjun mentioned in his book'The Foundation - Education Research of Modern China'. Indeed,'Teachers'is the most basic and critical aspect of educational chain. Its weak and defect will cause the immeasurable and irreparable losses on education especially in the development on the quality of teachers of Compulsory Education in the countryside. we can not put it as a bargaining chip but should be as a weight about solving the problem of Rural Compulsory Education and Promote the development of Rural Compulsory Education Teacher. It's not just related to the development of Rural Education and also related to China's National Rejuvenation and the Country's prosperity. It is complicated to solve the problem of rural education of all kinds of hope .The development of Rural Compulsory Education Teacher are the soul of the development of Rural Education, It is the most effective way to change the poverty and backwardness in Rural Areas.This article describes our Country the development of Rural Compulsory Education Teacher through four parts from a historical and realistic point of view and by use of literature analysis approach.The introduction of the article mainly research related to the concept of defining and research and clarify the research value.The first part clears out the course of development through after the founding of our Country the development of Rural Compulsory Education Teacher.Part II explores and analyzes our Country the development of Rural Compulsory Education Teacher achievements and problems according to the history of our Country the development of Rural Compulsory Education Teachers.Part III draws concrete measures through the first two parts of detailed description and in-depth analyzing of the development of rural compulsory education for Teachers.
