A Study On Off-school Practice Of Students In Secondary Vocational School Of Changchun City

Off-school practice is the main form of teaching practice and the key link to carry out teaching plan and teaching program. Recently, our country proposed a series of policies to develop vocational education. In 2007,"Management measures for Secondary Vocational School students'off-school practice from the Ministry of Education and Finance"for the first time proposed a positive demand for the related issues of Secondary School students'off-school practice, further standard students'management in cooperation between school and enterprise, and provided policy basis to protect students'rights. But in reality, difficulties and problems exist for Secondary Vocational School students'off-school practice because of our country's related policies not in place and indefinite duties for school and enterprise. It's urgent to find a solution to it.Under these circumstances, The article is based on Secondary Vocational School students'off-school practice in Changchun city and learn about the current situation of off-school practice along with the analysis of the existed problems, to show the reasons to restrict secondary vocational education and to find out the solution to it.Off-school practice of secondary vocational school students is very important for school, enterprise, society and themselves. It benefits the enterprise to select the talents ,to improve the structure of human resources; It benefits the deep cooperation between school and enterprise, to improve the quality of personnel training; It benefits to utilize social education resources, to lighten education burdens; It benefits the mutual promotion of knowledge and skills, to improve students'professional skills; It benefits the smooth transition from school to society, to improve students'adaptive capacity; It benefits to cultivate qualified skilled talents, to promote the development of economic society.The main problems for off-school practice of secondary vocational school students in Changchun city are : enterprise's lacking enthusiasm; enterprise's abusing students'labor; school's negligence the management of off-school practice process; the divergence between what's taught and what's needed; students'poor post suitability for poor preparation; country's policies'not in place.These problems existed because of enterprise's lacking reduction theory drive; enterprise's lacking humanistic care for students; school's lacking flexible management; school's poor ideological education; policy's lacking tied mechanism for enterprise.Being based on the above, in my option, in order to promote off-school practice of secondarily vocational school ,we should take full advantage of government, enterprise and school.
