With the rapid development of social economy,the pace of our life is faster and faster,resulting in more and more industries appear job burnout phenomenon.Job burnout refers to the people engaged in the process of professional activities,continue to work enthusiasm dissipated,cynical and career in the low sense of accomplishment of these three aspects of performance.Burnout research has gone deep into many industries the police,doctors,teachers,etc.,according to 2016 the Chinese Educational Reform Society,said the "2015 Annual Chinese education to improve reporting",the status of teacher burnout spreading in urban areas ordinary school teachers is particularly evident,so the study of teacher job burnout situation is imminent.This paper takes Jiangxi H senior technical school as an example to study the situation and influencing factors of occupational burnout of middle vocational teachers.Through investigation and analysis,we found out the solution.The article is divided into six parts to study:The first part describes the background and significance of this topic,on this basis,proposed research purposes and methods of this study,pointed out that the specific research and ideas,and make this research possible local innovation;the second part presents theory of career burnout,and by domestic and foreign-related burnout,teacher burnout elaborate,clear definition of burnout,features,and other factors,to build a relevant questionnaire;the third part of Jiangxi H senior technical school teachers Burnout management for the survey research and analysis,the main use of a questionnaire to answer,survey analysis,data statistics understanding of local vocational colleges teacher burnout,and found that the typical teacher burnout phenomenon,the analysis of the main factors that generated;the fourth part of the survey data entry,analysis software application SPSS19.0 statistical significance of demographic variables for the three dimensions of job burnout status of vocational teachers,draw differences on demographic variables in three dimensions and then analyze the impact of vocational teachers in the job burnout vegetarian,proposed countermeasures to later provide a reasonable basis;the fifth part,by the above analysis data,proposed four measures targeted vocational teacher burnout status settlement;The sixth part is the summary and the inadequacies of this study.Through the empirical study of this subject,the status quo and influencing factors of the occupational burnout of the secondary vocational school teachers are analyzed,which provides practical significance for the study of the job burnout of the secondary vocational school teachers.
