Small-sized classes are a new educational model which is a result of changes in society and the desire for each student to receive personalized education. It presents a whole new way of teaching and a whole new conception of education, and it shows the concern for each student and his individual personality, especially concern for the well rounded development of the student. In the last decade, the need OR the importance of small sized class room education has been heavily debated and resulted in a push for this form of specialized education. This article will attempt to examine the inherent difficulty of our country has had in implementing small-sized class room education based on the current teaching training methodology.Through the use of research materials examining small size classroom curriculum that were readily available to me at home and abroad and careful analysis of the issue of education in small classes—and examination of the reform made by western countries. Small class teaching is the practical question of the existence of a simple exposition. Small-sized class teaching's actual questions have been discussed. Subsequently, the article analysis of some typical cases to lead to where the problem lies, that is engaged in small-sized class education teacher's capacity is not enough to the level of qualification, then, leads to the crux of the problem lies: for the training of the teachers has not kept up with the small-sized classes' requirements. Finally, after careful analysis of the current status of teacher training questions, in view of the development of education in small-sized classes' requirements, from three aspects(the Administration Department, school administrators, teachers themselves), made some suggestions on how to carry out good education for teacher training in small-sized classes.This article is divided into four parts:ChapterⅠ: Preface, the background to the study, the significance of the study and how to study. Give the framework of the thesis;ChapterⅡ: Definition of key concepts, the research direction of small-sized classes and the hot research spots of the education reform and small-sized education, and then, the current problems were analyzed, it leads to the focus of this article;ChapterⅢ: The typical case analysis summarized the current education in small-sized classes of problems are specific reasons for teacher training missing, and the current training status quo is summarized at the end;ChapterⅣ: with over questions of teacher training from an analysis of education in small-sized classes, then give the teacher the training of policy recommendations. Give some references to the relevant administration department, school administrators and teachers. In addition, content from point of view of the training and organization, culture, system-building, how to improve education in small classes, give teachers a number of recommendations.
