Curriculum resource is a new concept, which is proposed by new curriculum reform. More and more people recognize: "without widely support from curriculum resources, however, better curriculum reform can not transform into real educational achievement". Human resources, especially English teachers and students are both quite important curriculum resources, many aspects of them are worth developing and utilizing. However, development and utilization of human resources is limited, especially the teachers and students resources are not paid attention to. So it bring out certain resources waste. This thesis elaborates the implication, features, manifestation, and principles of development about the teachers and the students' curriculum resources. What's more, the author investigated English teachers of 12 high schools in PuDong Area in order to get to know current situation of development of curriculum resources about the teachers and the students. Lastly, the data from the investigation are analyzed .The conclusions and suggestions are put forward.The whole thesis consists of six chapters. Chapter One is an introduction to the research background, it also deals with research aims, the contents, the significance of the study, research methods and some relevant concepts used in the thesis. Chapter two concerns the theoretical study, including some research related to curriculum resources and the teachers and students resources and the theory of the thesis. Chapter Three elaborates the implication, features and manifestation about the teachers and students curriculum resources. Chapter Four gives a brief outline of the development principles of the teachers and students curriculum resources. Chapter Five presents the data and results of investigation by charts and analyzes the findings. Based on the previous chapters, chapter six draws the conclusions and offers some initial suggestions to the teachers, the schools and the relevant education departments. |
