In recent years there has been an increasing focus on the difficulties of college students' employment with continuous enrollment expansion of higher education and sharp development of university graduates numbers. All kinds of graduates will be 4,950,000 until 2007. But the enterprise recruitment numbers do not raise with the increase of graduates numbers.Dalian will receive more than 50,000 graduates this year, which are over three times of those in 2002 and 60,000 graduates of each year will be common to Dalian in the following years. Statistics show that graduates' employment rate in Dalian is only about 80 percent. It is estimated that the competition of graduates' employment will be fiercer. This paper researches graduates' employment situation among students and enterprises based on graduates' employment problems, analyzes the main factors and studies graduates' employment system according to the needs of students and enterprises.The employment training makes features of graduates' employment consultancies, graduates' enterprise education, graduates' career quality training, national vocational qualification certification and graduates' novitiate training, graduates' career planning, which can enrich and develop their knowledge, skills, overall qualities and employment capabilities. The training can mitigate the conflicts between fewer vacancies of enterprises and increasing graduates numbers, build a bridge for them to communicate and provide more chances for graduates to take part in social practice and skills training, and then fulfill the mutual benefits among enterprises, universities, graduates, our country and society.
