Study On Homogenization Of Local College's Developmental Orientation

With the transformation from planed economy system to market economy system ,the educational management system of our country has changed a lot .Local government take active in running schools ,and local colleges have already became the major part of higher education .In the informational and massificational stage ,higher education institutes face great challenges .The orientation of local colleges not only concern its survival and sound development ,but also relate to the whole higher education's healthy and sustainable development .However ,at present ,during the process of running a school ,a large part of local colleges exist the problem of homogenization .For example ,they make unrealistic comparison ,the phenomenon convergent and soared have aroused the attention from social different fields ,it has became a hot and difficult issue of researches .Many researchers and organizations at home and abroad discussed the problem from different aspects, these researches, in some extent, promoted the development of relating theories and strengthened our understanding of this problem .But in a word ,these researches don't pay more attention to local college's developmental orientation .so ,this field need to be improved ,and it's also worth researching .Therefore ,this thesis tries to collect various of materials ,based on these materials ,I want to look for some space to research.The Minister of educational department Zhou Ji has ever emphasized many times in meetings: higher education institutions should solve two problems, make three plans .One of the problem is university's orientation. Through analysing the problem and its cause, in my thesis ,I want to reveal the root that caused to the same tendency .That's to say ,the root of the problem lies in the deficiency of system of the higher education and market .The external Institutional Environment is not suitable for local college's diverse and special development. This thesis is made up of six parts .The first part is the introduction .It includes the cause that put forwards the question, the significance of the research, summaration of the document ,definition of the concept, the methods of the research as well as the train of thought. The second part is the analysis of current situation of orientation and probes into the existing problems .The third part is to reveal the cause that caused to the same tendency .Part four is the referential experience ,through investigating the experience of American's university's orientation ,I find that policy and market's power are the main causes that make the higher education institutions healthy and fast development .Part five is suggestion .According to the analysis above, we know that external factors greatly affect our local college's orientation ,and its is a relation between the university and the government .Part six is an epilogue that make conclusions of the research ,the deficiency studied.
