Research On The Development Orientation And Operation Of University Local Research Institute

College-Local Research Institute is a complementary and win-win project.Based on the logical starting point of the "innovation-driving",this paper studies the development orientation and operation of Colleges-Local Research Institute through the multidimensional perspective of "theoretical discussion and case study".Taking Research Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology in Yiwu as a case study and comparing with Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen and Guangdong HUST Industrial Technology Research Institute,this paper analyzes the connotation,development orientation,goal,mode and effect of the college-local Research Institute.Through that we get the corresponding inspiration,construct the College-Local Research preliminarily and look into the future.The first chapter of this paper mainly makes a brief introduction of the research background,the research significance,the research goal,the research method,the difficulty to break through and the innovation of the research.It mainly introduces the basis of this topic,research purpose and methods.Chapter Two reviews the current research situation at home and abroad,including the related research of University Incubator,University derivative enterprises and local research institutes which includes the connotation,the present situation of the development and the influencing factors.Chapter Three expounds the present situation of the development of College-Local Research Institute,which includes the connotation,the necessity of the existence,the development and evolution as well as the problems of the College-Local Research Institute.When elaborating the necessity of the existence of College-Local Research Institute,it analyzes from three aspects(information asymmetry,the common development needs and trust needs between college and the local research institute)and summarizes the existing problems of the College-Local Research Institute.Chapter Four analyzes the cases of College-Local Research Institute.Through the examples of model research institutes,it makes a concrete analysis of Research Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology in Yiwu,analyzes the development orientation,goals,running conditions and effectiveness of the College-Local Research Institute and gets the inspiration for the development of the College-Local Research Institute.Chapter Five makes a reflection and construction of the College-Local Research Institutes in China and looks forward to the future of them.
